By subscribing to, booking, or interacting with any service provided by AlignWin LLC, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read carefully before engaging with our messaging services, outreach campaigns, or any other offerings.
By using AlignWin's services — including but not limited to cold calling campaigns, lead generation, list management, and any related communications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Message frequency varies based on your level of interaction with our services and ongoing business communication needs. You may receive messages related to service updates, lead delivery confirmations, campaign reports, scheduling, and general client support. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any text message from us. You will be removed from our messaging list immediately. Note that opting out of SMS does not cancel any active service agreements.
If you need assistance or have questions about our messaging services, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team directly. We typically respond within one business day.
AlignWin's messaging and outreach services are intended strictly for legitimate business communications related to real estate lead generation, cold calling campaigns, investor and wholesaler outreach, and related professional activities. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
Specific payment terms, deliverables, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual service agreement with AlignWin. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and your service agreement, the service agreement shall take precedence. Cancellation requires a minimum of 2 weeks' written notice as specified in your agreement.
AlignWin LLC provides lead generation and outreach services on a best-effort basis. While we back our work with a performance guarantee as specified in your service agreement, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services beyond the scope of that guarantee.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state regulations. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
